I am college educated in allied health care/nursing, and fully licensed and certified in body work, energy work, Tantra and spa modalities. My Tantra training was taught to me by the ever loving and compassionate Yogi Nirviar Singh, of India.

My friends and family would definitely call me eclectic in my tastes. I enjoy the arts, literature, cinema and the theater. I can also be found scouring the booths at local fairs and music festivals. I love the outdoors although I am a city girl at heart. I have a wicked sense of humor and love to laugh. Classic movies are one of my passions. I love the Film Noir of the 1940's as well as all the old black and white comedies like the Marx Brothers, The Three Stooges, The Bowery Boys ect. I am a trivia buff when it comes to pop culture and other "useless information".

I am not a native to Arizona, but have called this state my home for more than 12 years now. Originally from southern New Jersey, I still miss the ocean and green rolling landscapes, but love the Arizona winters!
